| Clella Winifred "Billee" Spencer was born March
14, 1918 in Stettler, Alberta, Canada. Her parents were Frederick George
Spencer Jr. and Clella Gladys (Ragan) Spencer. She had two sisters,
Doris Anna and Shirley Joan. Billee lived in many places in Interior BC
and Washington State during her childhood. |
